The Landon Jeremiah Artis Foundation proudly joined the American  Heart Association at the 2025 Central Virginia Heart Walk, with 67 walkers coming together in honor of Landon and in support of heart health awareness. Thanks to your generous donations, shirt purchases, and community support, we raised an amazing $4,949!

We walk and donate because heart disease and stroke remain leading causes of death — but together, we can change that. Every step and every dollar helps fund life-saving research, community programs, and education to prevent and treat heart-related illnesses. Our collective efforts honor the lives touched by heart disease and bring hope to families everywhere.

 

We’re so thankful to everyone who walked beside us, donated, shared our posts, or wore their foundation merch with pride. Your support keeps Landon’s heart and legacy alive.
